Where should you start with AutoCount and e-invoicing?
Start from the problem you have today. If sales are keyed into AutoCount by hand, start with AutoCount integration. If invoices begin outside AutoCount and must reach MyInvois, start with e-invoice automation. If you are unsure whether e-invoicing still applies after the RM3 million exemption, start with the e-invoice guide.

Limits: AutoCloud.my is not for you if…
AutoCloud.my is not the right fit for every AutoCount user. These are the cases where we would tell you so on the first call:
- Your volume is small and accurate. If a few dozen documents a month are keyed without errors, automation may cost more than it saves.
- AutoCount already does the job. AutoCount’s own e-Invoice Platform (AIP) submits standard, consolidated and self-billed e-invoices from AutoCount to MyInvois (AutoCount e-Invoice Solution page). If all your invoices start in AutoCount, look at AIP first.
- You need tax advice. We explain LHDN’s published rules and scope connections; your tax adviser decides how the rules apply to you.
- You need round-the-clock support. We reply Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Malaysia time.
What does AutoCloud.my do?
AutoCloud.my scopes and designs connections between AutoCount and other business systems, and explains LHDN e-invoicing in plain English. Every connector we scope is designed around the same standard: a unique source ID per transaction, de-duplication, a retry queue, an exception list for people and a scheduled reconciliation report.

Malaysia e-invoice 2026
Who must still issue e-invoices after the RM3 million exemption, the relaxation to 31 December 2027 and the disclosure programme. Read the guide.
“Design stage” means AutoCloud.my has not yet delivered that service for a client. We say so on every service page and will change the label only when a delivered, consented project exists.
What is the latest LHDN e-invoice change?
As of 9 October 2026, the latest change is the RM3 million exemption. From 1 September 2026, businesses with annual turnover or revenue below RM3 million are exempt from issuing e-invoices, raised from RM1 million. It does not apply when a non-individual shareholder, a holding company, or a related company or joint venture has turnover of at least RM3 million.
The threshold change was announced in a HASiL media statement (30 Aug 2026) and written into the LHDN e-Invoice Guideline v4.8 (30 Aug 2026). The group-company tests are in the same guideline, section 1.6.10. Businesses up to RM5 million that started on 1 January 2026 or 1 July 2026 also have an interim relaxation until 31 December 2027 (LHDN e-Invoice Specific Guideline v4.9 (7 Sep 2026)). How does the free 15-minute scoping call work?
The free 15-minute scoping call is a short WhatsApp or phone conversation with founder Vince Tan. You describe your AutoCount edition, the systems involved and your monthly volume. We tell you honestly whether you need a connector, a setting change or nothing at all, and follow up with a written scope if a project makes sense.

- Talk for 15 minutes. AutoCount edition and modules, source systems, transactions per month, and how e-invoices are submitted today.
- Decide next steps. Either “you do not need us” with the reason, or, if a project makes sense, a written scope listing systems, mappings, error cases and what you would need to provide.
What can AutoCloud.my show as proof today?
AutoCloud.my can show three things today: first-hand use of the AutoCount Cloud Accounting API on Inpixel Marketing’s own book (August to September 2026), published design standards for connectors we scope, and LHDN facts linked to primary sources with a publication or retrieval date. We show no client counts, reviews or client quotes, because we have none yet.
- Own-books API work. Lessons such as silent truncation of long text fields are written up on the AutoCount API integration page.
- Primary sources only. LHDN figures come from LHDN’s guidelines, FAQ, HASiL media statements and the MyInvois SDK, each with its publication or retrieval date.
- Honest proof labels. Each service shows its proof status. When a client project is delivered and the client agrees, we will publish it with dated numbers.
Is AutoCloud.my part of AutoCount or LHDN?
AutoCloud.my is not part of AutoCount or LHDN. It is an independent site operated by Inpixel Marketing (SSM 202003100521), an authorised AutoCount cloud reseller. AutoCount’s official website is published by Auto Count Sdn Bhd, and the MyInvois system is run by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia, which we are not affiliated with.
If you already work with an AutoCount dealer, keep them; our focus is the connection between AutoCount and the systems around it.
Who is behind AutoCloud.my?
AutoCloud.my is run by Vince Tan, who founded Inpixel Marketing in 2020 and has used the AutoCount Cloud Accounting API on its own book. He takes the scoping calls himself. From 2011 to 2022 he also worked in marketing, production planning and procurement at CX Industries, a Malaysian padlock manufacturer.
